What is ASEAN Journey?
11,000 ASEAN Journey is the UK's flagship youth mobility programme, connecting Britain with the Indo-Pacific's fastest-growing region. Modeled on Erasmus+ but focused on UK-ASEAN partnerships, 11,000 ASEAN Journey creates life-changing opportunities for 11,000 young people (ages 18-30) to study, train, work and build businesses across borders.

What the 2024
Programme Delivered
The founding cohort's first year produced numbers that exceed comparable programmes at their five-year mark.
1,200
Applications for 40 Places
A 3% acceptance rate that rivals the most selective leadership programmes in the world — including WEF YGL (whose early-year acceptance rates were comparable). The ratio is the credential.
21,562+
LinkedIn Reach — Fellows Combined Network
The 40 Fellows in the Class of 2025 have a combined LinkedIn network of over 2 million professionals across ASEAN and the UK. Every IIA announcement shared by Fellows reaches an audience equivalent to a major trade publication.
40
Organisations Represented in Class of 2025
Government ministries, central banks, listed corporations, law firms, and international institutions across 10 nations. No other programme in the UK–ASEAN corridor assembles this range in a single cohort.
14
Nations' Cabinet-Level Attendance at Induction
Government ministers from six ASEAN nations attended the Class of 2024 induction summit — a level of diplomatic engagement unprecedented for a first-year programme. The Fellows arrived into a room with power already in it.

Before They Have Power
Three sponsorship structures. Each one gives your organisation a different kind of relationship with the programme from founding institutional partner to cohort module sponsor. All are category-exclusive and multi-year.
